Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Tuba City, Arizona.
Job Description & Requirements

License/Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)
Valid RN license (any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a clinical care setting
Experience with discharge planning, case management, or utilization review
Knowledge of electronic health record systems
At least 1 year of travel experience
