  Education:
  Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's degree required)

  Licensing/Certification:
  Current Arizona Occupational Therapist License
  CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)

  Minimum of 1-2 years of Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
