Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans to help patients improve daily functioning and quality of life Maintain accurate patient care and billing records. Provide direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment planning. Report and interpret treatment results. Supervise support staff and collaborate with other team members. Perform clinical functions in compliance with facility, state, and Medicare policies. Educate patients' families and staff on treatment goals.
