TravelNurseSource is working with MedCadre to find a qualified OR RN in Tuba City, Arizona, 86045 Pay Information $70 to $75 per hour About The Position Registered Nurse - Operating Room - $70 to $75 per hour in Tuba City, AZ Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room / Quick Hire Location: Tuba City, AZ Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Contractual Extensions Shift: 12hrs Days Pay Range: $70.00 to $75.00/hr on W2 COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season. Nights and Days available and will be decided during the interview. Experience 1 years--- nursing experience 1 year of Operating Room experience Education Requirements: Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. BSN preferred. Certification/License/Registry Requirements: Current State of AZ RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges prior to start date.
