TravelNurseSource is working with MedCadre to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Tuba City, Arizona, 86045 Pay Information $2,400 to $2,500 per week About The Position Position: RN Med/Surg Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045 Shift: 3x12-Hours; Flexible Night/Day Shift 0630-1900, and 1830-0700; every other weekend Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extensions Start Date: 12/02/2024 Bed Size: 50-149 EMR Used: Allscripts Duties: The Registered Nurse performs a variety of responsible nursing care procedures on this 30 bed adult med/surg unit. Overtime after 40 hrs a week or 80 hrs a pay period or over the 7 shifts. Requiring professional knowledge and consideration of specific patient conditions and treatments and ability to work independently in completing assignments. Guidelines include doctors' orders, standards of care, nursing policies and procedures manuals, hospital policies. As a member of the health care team, serves as Clinical Nurse performing professional nursing duties for the care of inpatients.
