      This position provides specialist nursing advice and support to patients, their families and other healthcare professionals following diagnosis and through all stages of treatment
      
      
    • 
      Must have hands-on experience in all routes of infusion therapy, including peripheral lines, PICCs, implanted ports and other central venous access and different chemotherapy regimen

      Requirements:
      
      
      • 
        
      • 
        Active Unrestricted AZ License
        
        
      • 
        Active BLS, ACLS-- from the American Heart Association --- required
        
        
      • 
        Must have two (2) years practice experience as a nurse in the acute care and/or ambulatory care setting including three (3) years of oncology nursing experience
        
        
      • 
        Must have ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Provider Card
        
        
      • 
        Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
