  • 24-hour beeper call
  • Schedule:
    • 12/31 7am - 1/1 7am
    • 2/20 7am - 2/24 7am
    • 3/18 7am - 3/24 7am
    • 5/29 7am - 6/3 7am
    • 6/19 7am - 6/23 7am
    • 6/25 7am - 6/30 7am
    • # Of deliveries per shift: 0 - 1
    • Average # of callbacks per shift: 0 - 2
    • Department Description: "OB locums are also expected to "cover" for Nurse Mid-Wife if there is a need
    • EMR: Cerner
    • Hospital Bed Size: 99 Beds
    • Practice Setting: Hospital
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
    • Active AZ License - Required or IMLC
    • Willing to License
    • DEA - Required
    • 1 year experience required
