  • AZ or Compact license--
  • 2 Years' Experience
  • Must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies)
  • Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facility
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • Trauma Level I Experience required
  • Previous Charge Experience preferredOthers:
